Easy Chicken Biryani at home

- Its a simple way of making Biryani where we do not follow the traditional way. I have used chicken legs with bone. You can use meat of your choice. Biryani Masala can also be used as per your taste and choice.
Recipe/Chicken_Curry:
1½ tbsp vegetable Oil
2 count dry red chili
1 medium red onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp salt
2½ lb chicken meat
1 tsp red chili powder
1 big tomato
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1½ yogurt
2 tbsp biryani masala
Recipe/roasted_masala:
1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp black pepper 3 count cardamom ½ tsp cloves
½ tsp cinnamon 2 count red chili
Recipe/Rice:
3 cups rice ½ cup chicken stock(optional) 2 tbsp butter 4 count cardamom
Fry 1 big red onion at last.

I'm Italian but I learned to make biryani with the help of some Indian friends. I was determined to learn it because it is my absolute favorite rice dish. I think I pretty much mastered it! I usually make it with chicken, but once I tried it with goat meat. I went to an Indian store. Didn't know what I was getting myself into - they sold me half a goat! I had to freeze most of it - lol!
