    The 261 is wearing the same whistle it wore back in 1997.

      Its the same whistle its always worn since 1995. Its a ATSF 6 chime whistle but I believe its out of tune so that is why it sounds the way it does and yes it does sound a lot like it did back in 1995-2008.

      Its also the same whistle that's been on there since they restored it again in 2013. So it has been on there a long time, since 1995.

    Wish we still had the stream liners sadly they were all cut up I would of loved to see one double head
