Oh thank you for posting! I am used to the standard auction catalogue, one that lists all items for bid. This is more of a "retrospect". I'm glad i did not purchase it, I would have been disappointed.

These precious items belong in a museum. Not scattered around in rich people’s homes where the public cannot appreciate them. This just is sickening to me. It would be safer that way and then you could sell this book to the public. I don’t understand what Mary is thinking. We all loved him so much. His legacy never ends.
A lifelong Queen fan of over 40 years, seen them 3 times with Freddie. This is just tragic total disrespect for his fans, just ‘Chuck’ his lifelong possessions out for multimillionaires to buy and not give a toss about him or follow him and us, the fans who paid Queen their wages, get nothing to see in a museum or anything….. Mary is following his specific wishes-he did NOT want his home turned into a museum! Nor did he want his things out on display in one. A true Queen fan would respect Freddie’s wishes.

I understand that his furniture, japanese art and all non-Queen-related stuff will find another home somewhere but c'mon selling all that Queen stuff. It's a catalogue, similar to Sothebys catalogues Freddie would have browsed through. Obviously, all 30,000 items for sale aren't contained though.
