Charles Negromonte (ADCC Brazilian Trials Winner) and Eoghan O'Flanagan (4th at ADCC Worlds and CJI Invitee) share the mats at the Los Banditos Club House!
Eoghan taught his first class at LBC where he showed some of his top level techniques.
