- So I decided to play more ships which are unconventional, Ognevoi being one of them for sure.
This ship actually reloads torps pretty fast and it only has 4 guns. Someone tried to make a prediction in chat on how many torps I'm gonna land this battle and they came pretty close xD

unfortunately for puerto rico it suffers from the same problems competitively that all battlecruisers do, its not the stalingrad

@@sarpkaplan4449 stalingrad is one of the most prevalent ships along with kremlin and smolensk for three reasons. accurate guns, amazing radar, and a shit ton of survivabilty. it is not bad.
@@meatballg8655 horrible concealment, horrible manouvrebility, big citadel, 25 mm nose, no overmatch, worst dpm at t10, no hydro.
Sarp Kaplan none of that matters though due to the presence of the best radar in the game and has the survivability to take some hits. An competitive play you can open two flanks on A and C and just leave a Stalingrad covering B because it has the ability to tanks damage from a potential crossfire and spot any DD trying to make a play
You can see he's using premium consumables. That means he had to manually load those, and still didn't realize he had a heal until nearly 4 minutes into the match, lol. Wake up flam!

My favorite dd. Long range guns, 10k torps, heal and even a fighter plane not to mention good speed

I am playing Ogne with stock hull. It has 49 seconds reolad on torps, which makes me spam torps every 24.5 seconds. Works well.
Biggest mistake with the ogi is to upgrade ;) keep it stock on the hull and yes keep spamming torps ;)
that is like.... a life lesson there. You can put whatever you want on pizzas, even smaller pizzas. I now want a pizza with tiny pizzas on it but each of the tiny ones is a different type of pizza

Keep the hull stock upgrade everything else and you can nearly have three sets of torps out before the first set reaches their 10km range. Most under rated dds in the game and still the best tier 8 dd in the game (if stock hull used) Cheers

And to think I hated the thing at T6 lol. Couldn’t wait to get rid of it.
It's pretty good. My only problem is that, the next one on the line is the totaly different. That one is more lika a gunboat, so your captem is a no go, and you need a totaly different playstyle.

Oggie is a decent ship...I think my record is 190K in her...but she's not for everyone. She's a good hybrid but with ultra slow torps so you gotta sneak up on skippers that aren't expecting torps.

Ogney is not the most efficient or strongest DD out there but by god is FUN

I find battlecruisers to be meh overall in pubs. They burn like bbs which by itself is death. And the guns dont perform enough unless people just sit there.
That being said stalingrad wrecks in clan battles cause less people focusing you

It doesn't seem that long ago that you & Mrs Citadel were in Sweden w/ some of your mates and they got you hammered and spent all your Elite Cmdr XP on a T1 ship when you weren't looking... and now you have 10 million. What can I say? Maybe someone needs to get you hammered again to get that number down. lol.

Until you need reliable AA or want a heal instead of your smoke? Ogni has way bettet AA, Def AA, heal and smoke. Its like a swiss knife has everything where kiev can either try and be a DD with smoke or a kiting DD with heal hoping for no CVs.
