I have a question that i have read about 6x and 8x violations in which if 6 or 8 consecutive values lies on one side of a mean it is also a rejection...
Would u kindly explain regarding this violation rules? thank you in advance...

Just an indication that there is a systematic bias. Your results are all right. Just need to investigate early before it becomes wrong.
Personally I would treat it as a warning

to the best of my knowlede it is only a warning. showing that there is a systematic bias. but values are in the rane and so it is good

sir u said that if your westerguards rules are voilated that do not dispatch the reports.
This LJ chart made on the value of QC every day.
and daily u have to dispatch your reports timely...
for making this LJ chart.. u need atleast 20 values..and after making this LJ chart then only u ll find the mistakes... suppose.. 3rd day observation value has 3s voilation... but your reports were already dispatched before month.
then what is the use of this chart..... when u are sending wrong reports.
please clear this to me.
