Sir, as you said that the blue color means negative result and yellow color means positive. the blue color is due the diluent provided with the ELISA kit. why we need to dilute the serum with the diluent rather than using direct serum. what is the reason of diluting the serum in diluent and what will happen if we do not dilute the serum with the diluent.
