@@overtechnc3462 You're not dreaming about this either because I too recall about 18 months ago that it would time stamp the date and time of writing the email rather than when it was scheduled to be sent. It defeated the whole purpose of schedule sending!
Great tutorial! Issue I'm having is that everything in Office 365 Business has the option of choosing Classic View or Simplified View. I don't have that choice in my Outlook. Can you help please? I would rather have Classic View. Thank you!

I'm used to having all the options on top. And now Outlook is in simplified view. Can't figure out. Most of the tutorials are in Classic View. Thanks for the reply.
Hello Mike. I was in the Web application of Outlook. Thats why the format looked weird. Microsoft support helped me in getting the Outlook App which was the desktop version. Unless you know which is which you could download the Web Version by mistake like I did. Thanks
Enjoy your videos, Mike. ToDo integration with Outlook on the web looked great until I found that the dropdown beside Tasks wouldn't let me select tasks flagged as "Important" - even though my custom lists were available as options. Seems like a huge oversight - am I missing something?

The constant instability doesn't ruin the mobile experience for you? Outlook is probably the worst mobile mail client I've ever used. The screen tells me I have a new email in Outlook. When I tap on it to open it, I'm taken to the inbox and not to the email, and that new email is nowhere to be seen. But if I go and check in my client, it's there. Then suddenly it appears in my inbox on my cellphone. The mobile client is full of bugs like that. I much more prefer the Gmail client and HCL Verse mobile clients.

Yes à lot of things to explain. Today i have to work with both due to some features not available in both.
Microsoft are actually planning on merging the two, as well as the default Windows mail app. They’re all gonna be pretty similar because of it.

This is no longer the case, at least not for me. I can confirm if I assign an 8 AM mail time the next day, it is time stamped that way.

@@hogne I've never had that problem. Currently running a Pixel 4XL and it works fine, maybe it's a phone thing 🤷♂️

How to recall message sent? I like the old version, because it was easy to navigate and it's not complicated.

Use action based folders only and favourite them. Then you'll see it.
Is there really no chat window to message a colleague in outlook? Do you really need to change tabs? That is a deal breaker.
