- EP6 takes us to Greece to continue some rehab but also take time away to recharge and prepare for the next season ahead. I reflect on my position at Arsenal whilst looking ahead at wha the future holds.
The summer of 2019 allowed me a lot of time for self-reflection and I felt change was needed. A new haircut, tattoo and positive mindset allowed me to enter season 2019/20 ready for the challenges ahead to get back fit and regain my place in the team.

As we've seen it took a while to find the pace back fully but it's getting there. Add a bit more strength and bulk then peak Bellerin we'll get 👊🏾

@@StriaghtRight ACL's are difficult to deal with mentally buddy. Some players haven't even came back even half-the-same as they where before. If you know an ACL then you'll get how hard it is to think about running at full speed.

Not at this point. He’s admitted himself that he feels he’s 100% back, and his pace is no where near what is used to be. No explosion, no acceleration, no where near the speed. It started to go before the injury though, I’m sure it has more to do with his dietary choices than this injury.
