We do shop in Aldi but do look out for imitations which they do try to copy But like you said sometimes the cheapest isn't always the best. I've heard that Farm foods are quiet good in comparison to other low price food stores. its a shame we live miles away to one. Love what your doing to help people keep there food cost down 💗😃

LOL you need to take the batter into account and its percentage that is why the label is different on the back! Same with McDonalds, that's how food labelling works. I mean its not going to be 100% chicken if you are eating the batter as well 🤣🤣🤣 Funny though, you really made me chuckle.

Get ours from farm food like a lot of our shopping, i won't go back into our local McDonalds had a big argument with them not long after they opened its a while back now the member of staff would not give me a large coke without ice,and my son got a childs meal that was supposed to have a toy but no toy staff accused my son on hiding it not a nice experience.really good review Martin (sorry about the rant 🤣🤣)
Every one who works in those places have to follow so many rules and can't use their own common sense. Madness.

It would have been better if one of you cooked them and the others tasted them without knowing which item was which ie a "blind" taste test. Looking forward to future reviews.

Maccies and farmfoods nuggets are the exact same, i have family working where the same chicken nuggets get packaged for farmfoods and mcdonalds 😋 been eating farmfoods nuggets for ages 😂

In the US, Mcnuggets come in 4, 6, 10, 20, or 40 pieces.
So I heard rumours that the Farmfoods 45 nuggets are the EXACT same nuggets that McDonalds uses, but have been rejected due to misshapen size (or some other minor cosmetic defects). I didn't believe this at first.... but compare the ingredients on the back of the bag to that listed on McDonald's website.... .IT IS AN EXACT MATCH .... so I have to believe that those are one and the same, and the only difference in taste would have to come down to the specific oil that McDonald's fries them in.
Nice video. I often try 'off brand' products as there are some good alternatives in the supermarkets for sure.
In this one, you highlighted the chicken %. It's probably worth noting that MacDonalds will only be talking about the chicken. The other 2 will list all of the ingredients used to make a nugget, not just the meaty bit in the middle. So the chicken, the components of the coating, any oils used in cooking etc.
Martin! Them Aldi ones are horrendous I'm so glad you all said the same. I wouldn't even give them to the dogs. Now you really should try the Aldi hash browns that they have also copied from the Golden Arches...... They have a weird bacteria poo smell taste! Really weird and also revolting! But good content 😉

We are not competing with anyone, there are thousands of food channels and we have produced cooking videos way before those you mentioned. We just think it is a fun thing to test out. good thing the Aldi ones wasn't the 45 pack, as soon as the Aldi one was cut open I thought they looked gross. can't eat them myself but don't even think my dog would eat the Aldi ones 😂
I'm going to try the nuggets you bought but have you tried any of the other chicken nuggets that farmfoods sell. I would say It's an unfair comparison as you reheated the mcdonalds nuggets. We buy the aldi nuggets and we find them fine but we cook them in the oven as I find some stuff tastes different in an air fryer.
Its just our opinion bud. Draw from it what you want.

The McDonalds work out at 39p each. The farm foods 9p each. So you will get more than 4 Farm foods nuggets for every 1 McDonalds.
