Please explain why this makes sense? I’m not guilty yet, but I’m guilty……

- So I got a couple tickets couple weeks ago one ticket for no proof of insurance and one ticket for no plates. Well, it is true. I definitely had no plates. But I did have insurance I could not pull it up because we were in a dead zone. And the cop wrote me a ticket for both of them. the no plate is not a big deal because it doesn’t carry any points on your license. However, the no insurance ticket is a big deal because it puts four points on your license. Not to mention it’s also a $400 fine and I pay $470 a month for freaking insurance…. Mostly I don’t want the points because they will raise your cost and with Collins crime that was committed against him. My insurance went up over $100 a month anyways….. that’s how they victimize the victims of crimes… anyways, so I went to court this morning to be arraigned and plead not guilty which I did but they informed me that I needed to give fingerprints so I asked the judge why I have to give my fingerprints if I’m not even found guilty? He said that’s just the way it is that’s the law I don’t really have an issue giving them my fingerprints I don’t go around breaking the law, so I’m not really worried about it but…. I thought you were innocent until proven guilty.? so because the cops pulled me over, they can just take my fingerprints because they pulled me over?
It’s not a big deal I went down to give the prince after court…. Which is about an hour away from my house they said if I don’t give the prince, they will put a warrant out for my arrest…..🤔 but of course the sheriffs office, where I had to go give the prints did not take fingerprints only between one and 4 PM and it was 10:30 in the morning…. Once again guilty even though you’re not guilty till proven innocent… pretty messed up, right? Maybe I’m looking at it from the wrong position, so maybe you can tell me…. Now that you've been found innocent, you've requested to have those Fingerprints removed and you can have that done because you were found innocent and you should not have those on your record. Now they've got your Fingerprints on record and they're gonna put it into the database and that should not be on your database because you were found innocent.
You have never been found innocent. You can only be found guilty or not guilty. Not guilty and innocent are not the same thing. Words have meaning, make sure you use the correct one.

I do not have a misdemeanor on my record… I haven’t went to trial. I got a ticket for a misdemeanor….. if found guilty..
Semantics I was talking about the verbiage using innocent versus not guilty… I’m innocent, and not guilty at the same time..

You have a misdemeanor arrest on your record currently and clearly you side stepped answering what is regarding. Sounds suspicious.

I live in Louisiana the state with the highest insurance cost and the lowest coverage. I moved from Arkansas to Louisiana in 2000. When to get insurance. They asked to see my insurance card from Arkansas. The insurance agent chuckled under her breath. Then told me the cost will be 3 times as much. The coverage will be 1/3. Basic insurance goes up 9 fold just one state over. So insurance enforcement is a must. Don’t get hit by an uninsured driver. Bc you will also not get compensated if you don’t have uninsured motorists coverage.

Years ago my son was pulled over and given a ticket for no inspection. I don't know what the cop was thinking as we had just taken it to inspection but it failed for emissions. Prosecutor wanted us to pay the fine. we didn't.

And if you do even one little thing wrong, if youre even one minute late because someone rammed your car and youre being checked up for insurance reasons, they WILL find a way to make you guilty.
Hell I could hardly read the writing on the ticket and because I got one of the carbon copies that was way in the back of the ticket I didn’t even see where it said my court date on it… I was lucky I even showed up because I didn’t know. I just happen to call them the day before the court date and told them that I was going to plead guilty and they told me well that’s OK you can do that tomorrow morning at your arraignment?…. And I thought a bunch of crap. How was I supposed to know that there was even a court the next day?

Well, I’m planning on getting out of these tickets at the very least the ticket for no insurance, because I most certainly had it….. however, when I went to put the plates on the truck I paid the late fee…. The law is that you have to pay the late fee… which I did so technically I had plates on it although I can’t argue the plate fact, very easily, but I’m hoping to get out of that one too

Well atleast you had an opportunity to dispute the charges. The ultimate goal is to show the courts that you did have insurance in place. Most people would just pay the fine. That is when thing stay the statuesque. I had my car impounded for nobproof of insurance in the vehicle. I did have insurance. Long story short. I spent 1000 to learn to alway have a hard copy of insurance in my vehicle. You was lucky they let you drive off.
I’ll tell you right now I learned firsthand not to drive around without insurance… to the tune of about $1.7 million I drove for decades without insurance though before I got some back in 2019 and I’ve had it every since and then in 2023, my son was grabbed by the arms and drug 2 1/2 football fields. My car was not even there but because it was an automobile that was involved my car insurance pays all of his medical bills and he’s up to about 1.7 million in medical bills so far and still in a coma, he was the victim of a terrible crime. So I will never drive automobiles without insurance. However, I will not always put insurance on every automobile that I drive. That’s why I pay for insurance because they are liable for you personally only difference between having insurance on the vehicle you’re driving and not on the vehicle you’re driving is they won’t pay for the vehicle but by law, if you are insured under a insurance company they have to take care of your medical
Sorry you had to learn that lesson but I could also say at least it only cost you that much because someday it’s probably gonna come in handy. Your daughter could be walking across the street and get hit by a car in your vehicle. Not even be there but your insurance company will have to cover the cost and trust me , you don’t have state Medicaid or Medicare or whatever because they treat people like shit I seen firsthand I had unlimited medical on my insurance, and it was worth every penny of it

I'm not trying to freak you out, but I think that they also have your social security number, birth certificate, addresses, dental and medical records, bank information, and a bunch of other stuff.
Them having your fingerprints is really not that big of a deal - especially if they only want it after you commit a crime.

I do think that January 6 was the worst day in history ………. For the government …. They couldn’t allow people to stand up for anything against them … it had nothing to do with anything other than people standing up wouldn’t have mattered if they were standing up for having sex with children, or standing up for what they believed was a false election…
So I assume you believed 1300 people were supposed to overtake a government with the population of 330 million… no I wasn’t there and I’m glad I wasn’t there…. But it’s stupid for people to think that they could’ve had any impact on our election. The only impact that they had was scaring the shit out of the government to keep fucking with people.. because if you keep messing with people, eventually, you’re gonna get the horn. And that scared all of them politicians as it should’ve.. as far as taking a stroll inside the building, that all of us pay for…. And murdering one protester it was a wake up call for the government. That’s why they treated them, so harshly not because of what they did or what they even stood for…. Because the government cannot allow people to stand up against them. Right or wrong it was the worst day in history for the United States government…. But not for the United States by any means.
