Great review video! So far among all the fitness tracker watch that you have tried, which one do you prefer personally in terms of sleep tracking aside of apple watch, whoop and this ring?😊

Sleep wise the most comfortable/least noticeable would be the ring after I got used to it

Never tried the Oura Ring but love my Whoop. I've had it for about a year and although it isnt very stylish its functional. Not a fan of having a ring while working out especially when doing barbell movements such as Deadlifts or Bent over rows, not to mention I'm sure it will scratch easy. I also really liked the fact its subscription based and I don't have to pay for a new product every time a new version comes out since those rings are fairly expensive. Something else to keep in mind is when cutting or bulking your fingers size can change versus with a Whoop strap you can just adjust the band. I'm currently cutting and had to tighten the band a few times and its very easy to do since its just a elastic band. For those that want the Oura ring you can use HSA funds to buy it tax free. However, I usually advise against it just because youre robbing your future self and losing that compounding growth.

Before you order an Oura Ring you buy/order the official Oura Ring sizing kit to determine your size because Oura Ring sizing is different than normal rings.

If you think about it, the Oura Ring might even be more affordable than the WHOOP.
The most inexpensive Oura Ring costs €329 (here in Europe). Let's say it has a lifespan of 2 years, this makes it equal to €13,71/month (329/24). Add the €5,99/month membership and you get €19,70/month in total.
Of course, you have to pay the full €329 at once, but it's just another way to look at it.
