Chuck, my 92 YJ has lost a few of the "Christmas Tree clips" on the bottom. I just need a couple of new ones. Where can I find those and are there sizes I need to specify?
All the autoparts stores in my area have them.
I had an issue where the rod that attaches to the key lock got disconnected and in my effort to reattach it the E clip dislodged and fell down in a part of the door that is inaccessible. This is on a full door, not the half door you demonstrated here. It is extremely difficult to get my hands in the small space to hold the rod in place over the lock and attach an E clip. IS this just a task done with awkward perseverance or what? It seems incredibly difficult with the full door. Do you have a video with a full door? Also, is there a place to get one of those E clips? I don't want an entire lock kit. The lock works fine. It's the E clip I need. Thanks for all your videos, they are very helpful and informative.

I'm about to start daily driving a 1990 yj with half doors and I need to put some locks on it, can you give me the link to the locks you bought cuz I can't them?
I simply removed the old oned and put them back in to create the video. You should be able to get them through Amazon or Morris4x4. If your doors didn't com with locks from the factory, it's not that easy to simply add some.
My half doors didn’t come with locks. So how do I go about adding one instead of replacing one

Yea I was under the weather pretty hard! That was actually me feeling better than the week before. Can I do the tailgate lock??? Hmm .. no problem! I'll shoot that one soon. I need that cylinder lock linkage (part that links the rod to the cylinder, held on by e-clip) for my 94 YJ and can't find it anywhere. does anyone have a source?
