Thanks for making this video, can’t find many other examples of people doing this and quite frankly I’m shocked. I worked in a metal fab shop for awhile last year and got a ton of this steel grate for free, I had the exact thought “ hook anywhere trailer deck “ , only problem I am having is I have a 2-1/2 inch axel so I’m guessing 3500 gAWR? So if I add the 5x10 length of my trailer deck in this stuff I think I’d be able to haul WAYYY less then just using a few sheets of plywood? My 2016 eco diesel grand Cherokee also can only tow 7000 lbs so what would your advice be??

The windshield washer sprayer leaking? No way. Never in a million years would I have suspected them. I've been outside for an hour with a hose, spraying down everything from the bottom up, sometimes Id have the leak inside, but I couldn't seem to pinpoint it. I got my YJ from my late aunt, and years ago she had the entire thing rhino lined. I guess the rhino liner was, or is, the only thing holding the sprayer to the Jeep 😂😂😂 That stuff is so thick, I couldn't even tell all four of the screws are missing hahaha

I measured a small 5000 BTU window unit today. I think I can make it not able to be seen. I can extend the control wiring to where I want it. I want a super clean install, I don't want to be able to see the heating or AC unit. Also, the 5k btu unit only pulls about 5 amps so I can run that off of an invertor pretty easy. Good not too expensive suggestion. Thanks!

Great videos! I'm trying to troubleshoot my non working tachometer. Per my wiring diagrams, one of the roles of the green signal wire coming from the coil is to send signal to the tach. So something I should check is continuity from the coil plug (green wire) to the tach. If that's good, it may indicate a bad tach. Am I'm I thinking about this right? Trying to learn.
