Did you know that it is so much easier to combine dough like ingredients using the handle of a wooden spoon. It simulates the dough hook of a mixer, plus it makes the task so much quicker with less friction 😝😜🇿🇦

Lol for "do it by the oeg". Thats exactly how I do it. Even though my mommy is the Daltjie queen...I try my best to make it like she does and very similar to the way Fatima makes it. She adds jeera, koljanna and roasted masala as well.

No, I don't think it will be the same. Pea flour is the key ingredient for chilli bites. Another name is Besan flour or Gram flour. Check your Indian or Asian store.
