Ford 1.0 P4JD P4JA P4JB P4JC Timing guide WITHOUT TORQUE MULTIPLIER!!

Hey there and thanks for watching my video :) A viewer told me that he does the belt without the torque multiplier which is a very expensive tool. So I will be doing it with a normal and a heavy torque wrench. First 70NM with the locking pin, and 300NM without the locking pin, and finish it off with a 90degree turn.
I can confirm this works with the SFJA, SFJB, SFJC, P4JD, P4JA, P4JB, P4JC engines.

Well done, this works, you don't need to buy the multiplier. I personally only rely on the flywheel locking tool for the final torque/angle, I remove all other tools, but for sure this method is a solid alternative for the torque multiplier.

I’ve recently replaced the wet belt on my 1.2 PSA engine, I also relied on the locking pin to hold the crank, I was so worried it might of caused the cast aluminium bell housing to crack though under the stress
