We see him in footage getting badly beaten right after the incident, but I don’t know if he was telling the truth about the torture or not. He claimed the torturing immobilized his right arm, but in a wiretapped phone call from prison he told his brother “thank god I am in good health”, so you be the judge I guess. Much worse things have been done to people who were completely innocent of wrongdoing by US or US allied “interrogators” (Abu Ghraib, Khaled el-Masri, CIA black site in Thailand, ETC)

Ironically, my dad fleed Iraq during saddams regime, he literally celebrated the invasion thinking it'll all not go wrong. Unfortunately, someone named Paul Bremer decided to dispand the Iraqi army and also remove all ba'athist governors, even the CIA warned him, he didn't listen, Yikes.
That is the most secure plane in existence. I wouldn't have a problem of knowing the landing will be a safe one after a flight.

This happened to Trump on Air Force One in December 2018. It was flying over Sheffield, England on a covert flight to Iraq when a plane spotter spotted the 747 in the sky and snapped a picture of it. It was posted on social media and the Secret Service were unaware their cover was blown until they touched down in Baghdad.
Once you responded to that pilot that that 747 was a gulfstream he knew you were trying to be under cover
100%, that pilot knew what was going on and kept his mouth shut.

I also felt he didn't know what was going on ,just a person maybe who doesn't want to argue alot.

Why not fly on a plane that doesn't has "I carry the President" sign
Air Force One has all the required defence systems to keep the president safe. Had he been flying on maybe a Gulfstream per say, if it was discovered he was on it, he would no longer be nearly as safe.
The 747 is also meant to be an office in the sky for the president which he would have likely needed on a 3 day mission.

@@taleenjameel3161 Repainting a 747 costs around $200,000. To have a second 747 (VC-25) not painted in the Air Force One colours would be a whole different story. With all of its modifications, the airplane costed the Pentagon $5.2B so to buy another one would be absurd for a sole secret mission. This was also done right after 9/11 - there wasn't time for a new program to be set in place for a single secret flight.
Cause Air Force one can blow someone out of the sky, a regular 747 cannot 🤣

Living near Andrews AFB....watching the plane practing evasive manuevers. These are some of the best pilots in the world putting on a show.

I'm surprised..most officers I know wouldn't start out with:"You idiot"..I come from a long line that were in the military (Grandfather in the infantry WW1 in France & Germany, uncles:1) a Marine killed at Iwo Jima..2) a sailor that was on a ship that was sank by a U-Boat in the North Atlantic (he was one of only a few survivors (had a metal plate in his head), 3) a Korean War vet.4) a Vietnam vet..my dad was a Marine in the late 40s & he also trained Air Force recruits during peacetime..
