also you can call the receiver after you get the load and ask but yes refrigerated is by appointment heavily! but sometimes they will take it early if there not to busy so you can call when your that close and explain your almost there!

You get 2 free hours to fill the trailer. Then they run a program where you get not all of it back if past 2 hours. Always fill it prior to dropping within an hour. Even if you put a $1 because it shows you bought fuel. Customers will run that 3/4 down to a 1/4 and you eat the full amount. Also if you store the ratchet load locks upside down,you won't get that nasty water on you or in the trailer. Just a thought and keep up the great content boss.

@IsThatJustDex March makes 20 years at Prime,lol. It used to be an hour until they realized some shippers are outside the time frame. They pushed it back to 2 hours(few years back)since there should be a network station. Always check your settlement for the reimbursement. Always put whatever you can in the tank and make sure it's within an hour of dropping at customer. Otherwise expect a charge against you when the next person hooks it.

2 hours after we hook and only 1 hour prior to dropping. If your drop time is past the hour,chances are you'll be charged.

just a tip next time y our on a scaled that dont weight your steers drives and tandums at the same time. just put your steers on scale first get that weight then put steer and drives on scale then subtract steer weight from that total then get your gross a nd subtract steer and drives weight from your gross

No tug test when you hooked up to your trailer, and you completed your trailer inspection Before you connected the air and electrics which means no check for air leaks or lights were working.
