I’m on my 3rd truck and I was down 3.5 weeks and had to call Prime Safety constantly. They finally got me a different truck. One week later that truck turned into a waterfall because it was in a jackknife accident and the repairs weren’t completed properly. I was pissed. We are chasing everything ourselves. This truck now has issues too but after taking it into the shop 8 times and it not getting fixed I’m just gonna say screw it and wait for this truck to die. This was all in a 3 month period……it’s disgusting!

Dude , you should get with "lonestar trucker" and get his intake on getting away from prime . Or zeke Dawg Trucking , he use to drive for prime . Both are on CZcams .

Welcome back Boss!! Unfortunately, you have to stay on Road Assist when it comes to the tractor. When it hits the repair shop,you then stay on them. Prime does in house repair to overcharge the insurance company. They also only offer breakdown pay unless a loaner is needed for an extended amount of time. Ask about getting paid lost revenue as well. I've heard of drivers getting paid that. Most of them not with Prime though. Great video!!

Its not feminine to have feelings, especially when you're going through it spending your own money, because they dont communicate and dont care. The ppl in the office do not care, they treat truckers like we're not human, with real lives and responsibilities too.
