Skiing on Kronplatz / Plan de Corones Black run / Piste no 4. - Hernegg (Dolomiti Superski Area)
The Hernegg black slope in the Plan de Corones / Kronplatz ski resort part of Dolomiti Superki area is long and ultra black, and you really need endurance to complete the more than five kilometers( 5.100 meters) of downhill run. It drops almost 1,300 meters - with a gradient of up to 70 percent in some points.
The Herrnegg at Plan de Corones / Kronplatz was designed with the collaboration of Bernhard Russi, famous downhill champion.
Herrnegg is part of the “black five” circuit from Kronplatz / Plan de Corones.
The other four of the most difficult slopes of the ski area Kronplatz / Plan de Corones are: Sylvester, a piston parallel to Herrneg with 5km and 1,300 meters of altitude difference; the short but challenging Erta wall; Piculin with a gradient of over 70% and Pre de Peres.

Și noi am fost surprinși puțin de aglomerație , având în vedere că este o pârtie dificilă, dar celelalte pârtii erau și mai aflomerate 😉
