A Fairytale of New York (The Pogues) Fingerstyle Guitar (Tab in video)

For this years seasons greetings I worked out a request I got last year, for A Fairytale of New York. A tale of Drinking, Drugs & Desillusion by Irish folkpunkband the Pogues. Given the, or despite the subject matter (who can tell?) a Christmas favourite of many!
The preamble in the beginning was shot during a performance at the Glazen Huis in Heerde, for local radio and TV. The action cam footage comes from that performance. Making use of the snow we had this week, I recorded the other video, before the actual audio was done.
And all this comes with tablature, and a free Air Guitar! For your convenience the Air Guitar has allready been tuned to DADGAD, so grab it, and whack it! The tablature can be downloaded here: drive.google.com/open?id=1k4H...

There';s a link in the description. It should work. It's a guitar pro file. If you haven't got Guitar Pro, Tux Guitar should be able to open it.

Great cover. How long did it take you to play this once you had tabbed it?
Don't remember really, probably something like a month, arranging and practicing, inbetween other pieces. Mind you, after the initial tab is done, it's practiced, which often leads to revisions of the arrangement.
The outdoor footage was filmed before the actual sound was recorded. The arrangement was pretty much done at the time, but not recorded yet. Seemed a shame not to make use of the snow. I used the Pogues recording as click track to make this possible. That's also why the live footage is in sync :D

Thanks! Regarding the tab, Tuxguitar is freeware, and can open the file. Tab is in the clip as well.
