Mango Lava Cake is my latest creation and it was requested by many of you! I have tested many ways and finally I can present you this beautiful cake! It doesn’t have a very strong mango flavour, but you can top it with mango puree or mango ice cream and it will be a bomb. The cake oozes out perfectly and I love it so much, as it is a show stopper at any dinner party. This recipe should make around 8 small desserts.
Thank you for your tips, I looking for how lead the mango fill into the cake, very useful, will have different between chocolate lavacake. Very useful for me😂

Other breeds of Mango may not have that much flavor/taste, but Alphanso mango has the best taste and flavour. You should try it.
