bro this was cool asf,good to see among this place thats been a huge struggle for me, great captures and responses pretty impressed with the radar thing, love these old buildings its amazing just how big they actually are within, definitely would be an epic place to make a movie especially upstairs where its completely different, you did an amazing job on this project mate..

i lived in this place for over 2 years I stayed in the villa you showed as well as another I have been in the morg many times and the whole time I was there I barely had any bad experiances

I worked there in 96 after it was closed down. We worked in one of the old staff homes with some of the what you would call more violent patients and during the night shifts you could hear noises coming from the actual hospital but no one was in there and also lights coming from inside but everything had been locked/boarded up for a while.

Kat is a good friend of mine and I finally visited her home. it is looking absolutely amazing now and alot different from when this video was uploaded. it really is a phenomenal villa. it has a very peaceful feeling there now. the history of kingseat is so interesting and sad also. Mean I was just there on Wednesday that's my partners aunty they told me to check out your videos. I was fascinated by it and Kat took us to see the morgue and bits of the compound too like the pools etc. I only felt good vibes there but did pick up on the sadness of the spirits too
When the entire place used to be your playground aha my sister's and I I also our cousins would go there to play as kingseat didn't really have much around there especially when you're a kid.
That was amazing! I'm absolutely fascinated by old psychiatric hospitals. The building you entered where you talk about the open door policy, as you went further into the building I began feeling very sick, and about the part where you discovered the cupboard that had been boarded up, I felt like I was going to throw up. The sick feeling disappeared as you walked away from that area. Its very strange, I'm quite sensitive to energy, but never by watching it on a laptop. The toilets at the beginning where the energy felt bad, I reckon 2 people died in there, one (or possibly both) by suicide.
I reckon it would be awesome if you did a paranormal exploration of Napier Prison, it's another active place.
I'm going to stay at The Chateau Tongariro this weekend, so will explore the third floor which is supposed to be the most active part of the whole hotel, I have the same spirit box app that you use!

I’ve got some great story’s and memory’s from this place lol I’m from not far up the road and iv got mates that live/have lived there in the apartments. Iv had some f***en scary experiences there. And I can say that any one that doesn’t believe in the paranormal then this is the place to go and spend a week in an apartment there 😂😂
I’ve been inside all these building there was a man standing by a doorway it faded we also heard whispering so we left and these big heavy doors slammed behind us
I kind of tried not to giggle at one point before it picked up there were ladies because I already knew they were and were mentally unwell and didn't really inderstandpersonal space. When you said it was trying to take over your body I was thinking no their not they are just admiring it! And already following you and giving you the glad eye. 🤣🤣

true that at least three buildings that were built in 1910 at tokanui and were joined by steam tunnels were knocked down in the 1970s. to sweep things under the carpet. note: 97% of x clients want these places burnt to the ground thats exacly what the authorities need them to think this. ive been incarcerated to toke.
We still have clients that we support that are still alive that use to be from this facility. It’s 2023 happy new year it’s Tuesday 02/01/2024. We support 5 clients elderly very high needs. Also hard to do a para video with lots of people and kids around lol 😂 🎉🤦🏽

Yes most psychiatric hospitals usually do have some nice and not so nice Dr's just as you would in any workplace situation
Why do people think that just because it's a mental health facility, it must be more haunted, because the patient's had mental problems???, If anything, the old Doctors and nurses who worked there, and performed sick `Treatments` on these vulnerable people, are more likely to be haunting these places, because... Of the evil acts they committed to these sad individuals, mental health patient's deserve our love and respect, and Understanding!
