    This is the first time I have understood how to do this. I like that you didn't get too wordy...... Thanks. I have to try to make them now.

    Excellent video. Simple and sweet no background dancers or loud music! Love the fact that you put dimensions and such in the video so we don't have to dig through comments for those. Will be trying some of these once I get my hand on some 3/4 square :) TY and hope to see more

    Thank you for this inspiration. The big challange is the size. The smaller it is the more difficult is it to hold it and give it a nice shape. Good job.

    Nice video sir. Split crosses are a great way to start out getting used to hammering, and repetition.

    What type of band saw is that?
    Also, why didn't you use it to make the cuts instead of the hack saw?

    • @Mysticmountainforge
      @Mysticmountainforge  Před 9 měsíci

      The bandsaw is a www.amazon.com/WEN-BA4664-6-Inch-Metal-Cutting-Stand/dp/B09XWDLKCJ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=LS3Z8II4BE6N&keywords=Wen+Bandsaw&qid=1698334671&sprefix=wen+bandsaw%2Caps%2C1422&sr=8-5&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.c3015c4a-46bb-44b9-81a4-dc28e6d374b3 The reason I used it over a hacksaw which works perfectly fine is at the time I made this video I was mass producing these and the bandsaw was faster, if I were doing small batches I would have just tused the hacksaw.

    Is it possible to fill the hole with bronze or the metal used for casting?

    • @Mysticmountainforge
      @Mysticmountainforge  Před 4 lety

      Thanks! I appreciate you watching! It's actually just coated with old flux from forging Damascus, it's covered and ate up the fire bricks in the bottom of the forge, I just haven't replaced them yet.

      Thanks! I like to use my metal cutting bandsaw to cut the lines with it really speeds things up. They sell like crazy as a keychain or pendant.

      @@coreyshier7526 I usually sell them locally for 10 each with a key ring or leather cord, Online I sold them for 15.
