I tried making this and I tried to put the salt and lime on top but then most of it went into the cup so then my drink tased like salt

It’s equal parts of lime, lemon, and orange juice, ice, and usually sugar or agave syrup, ice, and blend. Very simple. Wet the rim of the glass first and dip the edge onto salt to get the salty rim, then pour into the glass with a wedge of lime. Voila. Done!

Pretty much. I was in a high school cooking class and we made virgin margaritas and pina coladas. The latter had imitation rum that is used for baking to give a rum taste to it without the booze. These are also great for those who are of age but feel they had their fill of booze but still want to have something tasty to drink.
