In his defense. The first guy can swim, and Dare Devil dropped a guy from 3 stories up into a dumpster. He probably is never going to walk again, or speak, or even be coherent enough to tell anyone Batman did it. In his defense.
As for the first guy we can only hope the splash woke him up other wise death by drowning lol and the second guy got dropped on his neck though after getting stomped off a pretty high building , I'd be shocked if he survived , technically though "condition: Unconscious" since it is Arkham after all.
