    This is so true I recently won my 8 year battle with back and forth mediations/court!! i was so close to loosing my son to false allegations. We went through a whole evaluation from the false allegations they kept insisting on they had no proof of anything but kept the story straight evaluator believed them with no proof! I had to move quickly once I received his report I filed paper work with the court stating why the evaluators report was false and reasons why my son should stay with me I poured my heart into that letter I was ready to let everything out, I needed the judge to understand what I was going through needless to stay it got accepted & I had to get a lawyer to cross examínate evaluator turns out evaluator did not investigate enough. I did more investigation on them after this I was determined to finding out more about them & their whole situation was worse then mine but they still wanted to take my son from me 😢 i went to the police department just to see if he or his wife had any recent criminal history & I happened to pull a DV case on him 2 years prior to that for spouse abuse! the evaluator did ask about an incident but they lied about the dates I showed the judge that he made this decision solely On hearsay and the real abusers are the ones that are lying on me! Evaluator ,Him, his wife got on the stand my lawyer had to subpoena them and oh boy they did not do good. I got on the stand as well this was my chance to tell them my side of the story and when I got questioned JUDGE ANTHONYS advice prepared me so good!! I did great most importantly a must know for every court trail if you are getting questioned by their lawyer and it’s a question to make you look bad just say “ I don’t recall” its often the most truthful answer if your not sure their lawyer was pissed because he couldn’t get anything negative out of me! Anyways I want to say how truly i appreciate you giving us advice in your videos and just guiding us through it all your truly a life saver !!Thank You so much Judge Anthony from the bottom of my heart.❤ My son is Home to stay! 😭🥺🙏🏻🙂

    My ex-wife accused me of D.V. in late 2006 then wrote me a letter saying "sorry I didn't know my lie would put you in jail, the cops tricked me" and then we conceived our son during that R.O. she has been ghosting me and my son from communication for 12yrs now. I went to mediation on 13th and she no showed. Apparently it's my job to find her, serve her but why can't court just file a bench warrant on her?

      She wasn't sorry. She was hoovering you to bait you in for something. They are never sorry. They just say that to feel good about themselves, as if an apology means something after they do this when it doesn't mean a damn thing. Probably a way to stall you to take further actions, while she does something on her side.
      You shouldn't rely on anyone to take further but yourself. No use asking "why the system won't do it." You have to fight yourself and push it forward with help with lawyer because no one else will. No one is going to do a better fight for you and your son than yourself. It also shows court you mean business when you do your homework and push forward.

    This is what my covert narc did all the time, PROJECTION. He projected everything onto me exactly what he was doing or what his reality was but he just made them all my issue

    Yes, my ex projects on me all the time (this battle has been ongoing since 2016; he is a former politician and a disbarred attorney). How do I make this known to the judge? It seems all they are doing is going along with whatever he says. He knows the system and he plays it. He is harming or children and I feel powerless to stop it.

      Start to record if you legally can. Ak an attorney about switching judges. Document if you have to do it everyday. A pain but necessary. Learn the game😅

      Mine is a barrister as well and I’m formal Lawyer myself, but I’m going to the military, and this man has done everything he can do, and finding every loophole to get away with what he’s doing, start, recording everything that is the gateway to get document and keep a journal of everything, even if a conversation or in an email documented, and if he’s trying things at you do not be tempted to defend yourself in the email because you will be defending yourself in him using it as an opportunity to what he is actually seeking you to do

    I just went through this and spent 5 days in jail and I’ve never been in trouble in my life. My ex went to the DA and said she made up the charges but I’m still fighting them bc they won’t just drop it. She also doesn’t get held accountable which is infuriating

    ❌️ When I finally left my abusive ex narc, when my youngest turned 18, and all the kids were away in college, he started to smear my name, by telling people that I was cheating on him, and I possibly moved in with my "boyfriend." They all knew I'm not like that. I always thought he was loyal, but now I'm wondering... ❌️

      @@SyKoKitTi Yea well you saying hes doing something with out evidence is called an allegation so if you want them to look at it as a fact then suggest you give them proof rather than an allegation until you have proof that's all that is. And that is, is called an Allegation which is why the courts will not listen to you. Durrrr

    It is so common that when an abusive partner recognizes his wife or girlfriend is getting close to leaving, that he calls police or CPS on her, in order to gain power in the custody battle.
    It’s just devastating, because the woman is afraid-I was so afraid of how my ex would retaliate, I would never ever call the cops.
    But he has no reason not to call the cops.
    And if you’re a victim of domestic violence, you’re also still a human, and you might be threatened or hit hundreds of times, and one time lose your temper and hit back-and he’ll call the cops, you’ll be arrested, and you may lose custody.
    The system is just too easy to manipulate.

    • @SisterUmm
      @SisterUmm Před měsícem

      In a legal context, "admissions" refer to statements or acknowledgments made by a party that tend to prove or support certain facts relevant to a case. These statements can be made voluntarily or in response to questioning during legal proceedings. Admissions can be crucial evidence and may impact the outcome of a case. It's important to be cautious about making admissions, as they can have significant implications for the legal process.
