- Hey house lover's and explorers! Mid week explore again and another old Bungalow in a salvage process although the shop front and kitchen area are still fully in tact. Added real estate pics show nice place indeed An upstairs area and crawl space had a few old things scattered around. Cheers to Robyn who gave me the heads up on this one. it was next to two others that I had filmed a few years previously. All are now gone for high density living. hope you all enjoy the explore. That news paper is from 1928, it was the second year Nicolas Frantz won the Tour de France. 😀

Thank you Paul for your continue passion to capture all these old buildings and houses, before being demolished. Sadly the shopfront and Bungalow will be replaced by new developments. The architraves and ceilings were also beautiful inside the old Bungalow. 🏘

Everytime i see these homes it reminds me of Nana and Grandpa. They had a home right across from Unley pool definitely was from 1930s
Already gone , whole heap of 2 story block houses being built , used to live a fee houses up from there

That was a nice place and the ceilings are pretty. A shame we don't have that in newer homes.

I remember when I had my first job, I worked in a small convenience store called CPS in hut street, now a restaurant, we sold Amgoorie tea straight out of a chest the same as that one. Was a very popular tea back then.

Il n'y a que deux années possibles pour le tour de France gagné par Nicholas Frantz, cycliste luxembourgeois, celui de 1927 et de 1928. Vous avez une année pour le mois c'est forcément juillet.
13:44 c'est très certainement une grande pièce d'origine avec peut être une partie salle à manger et une partie salon. Le plafond est symétrique.
17:49 il y a un patron de vêtement (le papier avec que vous avez touché avec des lignes, des pointillés tracés dessus) il y a eut une personne qui fabriquait ses vêtements à une époque.
