Known and for good reason too , for being one of the ugliest houses in England ! And it really is an architectural fright of absolutely no merit. Rather amusingly, Princess Alice , Countess of Athlone once asked The Queen “ shall I burn burn the house down for you ? I’m quite ready to” . The surrounding county and the coast however is glorious.

My mum had a bungalow in Dersingham and her best friend lived in West Newton . Its such a beautiful area and I miss going to visit

Renovating statues, is that a thing? Would the cost be bourne by the taxpayer or the monarch in this case?
My oak tree in Canada is only 20-25 years old and has been producing acorns for at least 15 years. Maybe it's different in England.
