It's a wonderful course which caters to each one's physical, mental and spiritual upliftment and l strongly recommend everyone watching this program to enroll for the basic course.Personally l have got lot of relief from a chronic skin ailment and my visits to the skin specialist and intake of steroids has become negligible as compared to what it used to be prior to joining the basic course of Brahmavidya.
