I had the exact same issue on the same year f150. It was the connection in the steering column. Raised the steering wheel up and everything would work. Thanks for posting this video. Saved me hours and my hairline! 19:42

I'm having the same issues with blinkers, brake lights & emergency lights. Check fuses & changed out relay. I will check the steering co next. Thank you for sharing. What a head ache lol

Same problem, new bulbs, fuses and relay. Checked the wires on top of steering. Still no brake, turning or emergency lights.
