Ingredients:
* 800g beef (skirt)
* Handful of onion
* ½ teaspoons salt
* 2 beef cubes
* 1 teaspoon curry
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 cup water
* 3 cups rice
* 1 teaspoon white pepper
* Salt for rice(if needed)
* Oil for frying beef
* 3 Bell peppers 🫑
* ½ small onion
* ¼ teaspoon salt to season beef
* Pepper to taste
* ½ teaspoons garlic powder
* Green onion
