A Non-Political Criticism of Sweet Baby Inc. These people aren't victims.

- Sweet Baby Inc has become a bit of a talking point amongst gaming circles, and for good reason. Sweet Baby apparently had an effect on the narrative structure of many triple A video games, and those games have been worse than their predecessors.
So let's talk about the controversy and the problems this company causes, and do it without bringing up politics.

Sweet Baby Inc looks like of a company using morally bad tactics to get what both from the video game company and gamers who call them out on their BS.
When it came to the Suicide Squad game the bios of Jon Stewart and Wonder Woman, that’s what caused me to not like the game. For Jon Stewart, they blatantly make him a race betraying black man for being in the Green Lantern Corp and taunting him pretentiously as on of the “good one” (blacks). With Wonder Woman, she got more grace and care put in her bio and for extra point to go out of their way to push Amazon was an example as a good society due to them not having men and “toxic masculinity” being the reason why.
Days later, the business practices of the employees and company as a whole got exposed for being a consultant company that forces video games to have what they think is “diversity” in it or face being “canceled”. And now with a person making a list of games to be alerted of Sweet Baby Inc having influence in the games they dox, gaslight and use ad homonyms to dodge rightfully so criticisms about them. I don’t mind video games having politics in but it shouldn’t be heavily one sided that puts people down in the name of diversity or promote a terrible message of the game.
Overall, Sweet Baby Inc are in shambles right now for being exposed and can’t handle being criticized for their consulting practices. Truly, God bless that curator who made the list of notable video games Sweet Baby Inc had a hand in working on. Actions like those show how gamers won’t take crap from video game companies making either storyline driven or graphically terrible games.

Calling them a Nanny is very polite way of wording it.
The problem is simple: regardless of their political leanings, you're literally hiring them to come in and make your game worse.
I once used a scene from persona 5 Strikers to describe why sweet baby inc those more harm to not just video games but art in general: “hmm… How should I put it? For any creative work, one should be able to feel some sense of its creator’s passion. No matter how crude or unrefined the work may be, there should always be some sort of spark present to those engaging with it. I’m not terribly well versed in the litera arts, but… I feel nothing when reading this book.”
Unfortunately, the modern industry is full of people for whom any creativity is either a means to make money in any way, or a way to propagate their political views.

We gamers may not agree most of the time but when someone messes with us, we become a force to be reckoned with.
I once went out of my way to chide how engage in politics or social issues or identities.
I want to earnestly compliment how you chose to moderate your speech to focus on your core issue, value, and concern, whether as strategy, preference, judgement or whim. I felt I got genuine opinion AND insight to the event AND your take AND didn't fear riling up needless contraversy or negativity beyond what is already being reported on. Thank you vanilla gorilla. From what I have seen of them, I think it would be wise to avoid them regardless of where you stand politically. Generally they have been behaving somewhat like a loose cannon, seeming like they lack any kind of impulse control or ability to read the room, and to my eyes just look like a liability to associate with. Unless they are able to rein in their more volatile elements It is only a question of time before they do or say something "really" stupid, and I don't want to be anywhere near when that inevitably happens.
