I would encourage him NOT to pay those tickets. That way, when the tickets go to warrant, they can lock him up.

In every state you're not only required to have a driver's license to operate a vehicle on the streets, but as he's on a motorcycle it's an additional requirement to have a motorcycle endorsement on that license!
I earned my motorcycle endorsement back in 2000. It isn't difficult at all, and I'm a better rider, for it.
LOL, I kept my cycle endorsement, and I'm 71!!
I’m not sure about the endorsement in the state of Kansas, but I do know that you have to have a class D license allowing you to operate a motorcycle

Fun fact; The longer he refuses to pay for the tickets and his vehicle stay on the impound lot, the more money he’ll have to pay since the lot charges a daily fee for ‘storage’. Then going to flex at a police station while illegally riding a motorcycle without insurance, registration, plates or a license, arguing with the police is a major clown move.🤡 Whenever he goes to get his car/bike out, he can’t drive/ride them home without proper tags, license and insurance because that’s illegal. He would have to pay a tow truck to deliver them. His whole existence is a joke. lol

When you buy a car it is all yours and you can do what you want with it. If you keep it on your private property then you don't need a license, plates, or anything. If you want to use a public road then you legally need a license, registration, insurance, and plates. It is as simple as that. If a sov-cit doesn't want to do any of that, then keep off public roads. I think we would all be better for that.
Absolutely true. But many cities are not allowing untagged vehicles even on your own property. Especially where there are hoa's. Everyone should be sure of the laws in their cities.
Did you know that that's not true even on your own private property he has to be registered and up today. If the cities don't do that then everybody will end up having junk cars around their house. And it brings down the property value of other people's homes.
Ya, not how that works.
Even on private property, if the car is visible to the street, it must be in;
1- running order
2- registered (or placed on valid Non-Op with a state fees paid in full)
3- insured(even if just liability).
4- legal state issued plates.
If any of those 4 requirements aren't met, you will be ticketed, if you still don't adhere to those 4 requirements, it can/will LEGALLY be towed off your private property at your expense. I've never lived in any state or country where this isn't the standard practice of owning a car.

@@RedLuvsKitty that will probably be in HOA areas. Not every property has an enclosed garage/shed. People are allowed to buy and store vehicles to repair on their own property, unless it is a condition of the HOA.
I would really like to see follow up videos on court cases of these clowns. I’m sure the courts would be shaking in their boots at his rants,raves,threats of suing everybody involved.

I've always been under the impression that if an untagged vehicle is parked on a public street it can be regarded as an abandon vehicle. So it can be towed at any time of day or night just like a repossession.
It can. They have to contact the last registered owner, and give them an opportunity to retrieve the vehicle. the tow company usually contacts you, because they want to get paid for the tow and storage. They would rather have you pay to get the car back than to auction it.
Yeah that's completely true. That's why my neighbor asked if he can store his car in my driveway while he gets the tags in the mail. Didn't wanna risk leaving it in the street.
So if I live in a place with on street parking I can't buy a car and park it in front of my house until I get it running? I have to register it even if I came drive it? I am glad I live where I do. I have seen unregistered cars parked on the street for months.

Even if the tickets were invalid, even if the tow was invalid...you can't hold the tow company liable. If they were acting in good faith by the person who called them, they are 100% not liable. Your beef is with the person who got your vehicle towed, not the tow company. The absolute best you can hope for from them is getting your vehicle released for free. But you'll likely have to pay the tow company and seek reimbursement from the person who called the tow company.
Even if the towing was illegal, he still has to pay the towing fees.
But that's all moot. He was in violation of several laws, ordinances, etc. So the citations, towing, impound, etc. were 100 Legal.....and Lawful!!

A motorcycle has the same requirements as a car: You’re required by law to have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration. He has no plates on his motorcycle which is illegal. Driving is defined as one who is in control of a motor vehicle, which include motorcycles. I swear, this sovtard has fallen so deep into the rabbit hole of sovcit BS.

In order to get a car out of impound, all fines must be paid and one needs to present a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration for the car, which would also apply to a motorcycle. When the cops checked the plate, it was fake. It’s one of those “Private” plates, no doubt purchased from some sovcit guru website.

In california, each vehicle is held on a mandatory 30 day period in the tow yard.
30 to 50 bucks a day.
PLUS the tow.
PLUS a 250 dollar fee to the sheriff for the processing of the release, which must be requested BEFORE the 30 days is up, or it takes ANOTHER 7 days to finish processing.
Besides, of course, ALL the parking tickets and fines PLUS outstanding registration fees AND license must be provided.
If no license is provided, the tow company will drop the vehicle outside the gate (additional 100 to 250 dollars, depending) and the owner can then drive away illegally.
I'm sure the tow company will alert the police when that happens with this guy because he's so likeable.
Then, because he's driving AGAIN with no license, it starts ANOTHER 30 day mandatory impound.
Don't forget most state require a motor cycle endorsement on their license as well

And you know the "Storage" of those vehicles is not a static charge. This increases daily and the cost to get them back with just increase the longer he does not act. After 90 days of inaction, the owner of the yard can then sell them at auction in most states.

I had my old truck parked on street in front of my house get marked/tagged with 48 hour notice by the PD because of the neighborhood Karen didn’t like the fact it had one cobweb on it because I was waiting for a replacement part that took weeks to come in. Instead of making big fuss over it, I moved it onto the driveway. And yes you have to have a license to ride a motorcycle or endorsement. Only place it isn’t required is on a closed track.

We've all gotten pissed at tow companies and cops and self-righteously argued our case for five minutes. These guys have turned that five minutes into a lifetime and still get no further with it.

Mr. Moment has a lengthy and... colorful history of charges throughout Maryland. Taking about 30 minutes through some of his videos leads you to everything you need to look him up, it's all in his own videos. I've found at least 6 addresses (including an MCI number, you'll see what that means) and literally DOZENS of cases. There's enough here I'm tempted to file a FOIA with the Maryland courts.
