  • The plaintiff says the defendant hired her to babysit her three kids, but she crossed a line with her behavior. The plaintiff claims the defendant would call her in the middle of the night to talk about sexual exploits. The plaintiff is suing for wages she’s still owed. The defendant says the plaintiff didn’t do a good job, and she’s not paying her any more.

I learned to be a dad taking them to their first day of school, teaching them to swim, play catch, etc. I definitely included doing dishes and cleaning as my job. I even tutored them. I trained the boys to clean. I did the dishes. I wanted their mom to come to home to a clean house as she is a single mother. I thought that was fair as they allowed me to eat whatever they had which really cut down on my bills. She worked hard and spent time with them after work too. I really felt for her bc she couldnt help but miss her boys' milestones. What she paid me wasnt crazy high but it allowed me to live my life comfortably and be able to pay bills. I love how it was never actually brought up as a defense after Judge Milan commented how the plaintiff shouldn’t be doing a job she wasn’t hired for. I hear parents say many times in these court shows how they get upset because the babysitter doesn’t have dinner ready, have clothes done or the house isn’t clean. Truly, the amount of delusion some people possess is astounding.
