So glad this lady does not have to put up with this dangerous situation.

Something I have learned in my 42 years of being a landlord.....every time you 'help someone out' that needs a break it is very expensive for you the landlord. The reason they are in the pickle they are in is 95% of the time their own irresponsibility then it becomes your problem once they move in.

All that evidence was staged. Please if ure there while she is moving out and mind u sge said there with her dog in her right hand and she destroyed the place u just gon let her leave really. If the police kept being called wouldn't she have a police report. She didn't even report ot she just took pictures. Plus that cig butt was short af for someone to have smoked it. I feel like the lady staged ot to get the money. Even the stuff left behind wouldn't take an hr to throw away.
Idk what the judge was listening to plus a pears the lady and girl boutthe same size so again the couch def could've been staged plus she had a picture of the baking soda so again she had to have seen it before she left.

How the fuck is the brother normal? He hit her twice, he refused to leave when he had no right to be there in the first place especially since the lease said "no men in the house" the fact he had KEYS is fucking insane past the initial point and definitely a violation of landlord/roommate rights. You're not allowed to make keys without the landlords permission.

I hate when older generations say things like this. Our generation may be bad but y’all just didn’t have cameras to record everything. Let’s not act like the older gens didn’t have slaves, segregation. Or even having to implement the laws of today. Let’s not act like y’all don’t have decades of serial killers and didn’t sweep family molesters or rapist under the rugs. Let’s not act like y’all didn’t need work laws. I just don’t understand it when y’all say this generation is worse. It’s so much more too

This ruling was wrong. I have NO CLUE what yall were watching. You can look at the plaintiff's mannerisms and tell that she is over-the-top and actually crazy. I don't doubt that she damaged her own property. I'm confident her "husband," if he even exists, is in prison because she framed him because she looks like the type. The fact that she was recording and had no problem putting her hands on the defendant's brother speaks VOLUMES. Also, Judge not catching her put hands on the man's neck until he called it out was problematic. Making the defendant pay the month when the host company has a different set of rules regarding breaking lease and charging NOTHING for the suffering after that nutcase called DCF? This ruling was wrong.
