    What a legendary product. You don't see ads for it anymore, sadly, but you'll still find one at your local shop. For good reason, too. Foreman did a really good job selling it, he seems so modest and stable and he seems to truly love the product. My favorite bit is when he says "it will teach your kids to eat healthier", from them seeing the fat being drained. So wholesome, and for a product that so many people love to use. 10/10

      yeah but toomuch cholesterol is not good for you.

    • @str8dominican
      @str8dominican Před 10 lety +9

      That's only half true. Your body needs cholesterol and there are two types. HDL and LDL. HDL is considered by even the biggest cholesterol haters as the "good cholesterol." as a matter of fact, the ratio of HDL to LDL is more important than whether or not your cholesterol is high. for example: a person with high cholesterol and a 1:1 ratio of HDL to LDL is much less likely to have clogged arteries than a person with a normal level of cholesterol but a ratio of 1:2 HDL to LDL. and guess which one saturated fat increases?...If you guessed HDL then you win a million bucks(not from me). What increases LDL("bad cholesterol")? Carbs! Who would of thunk it? For some reason people like to bring up heart disease, so just in case... As it turns out, cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. This is why now, anything that claims to lower cholesterol has to have a disclaimer that says "This product does not reduce the risk of heart disease." I know you've seen it or heard it in commercials before. it's hard to miss. sorry for the essay. I get carried away sometimes when it comes to science. This is actually the simplified version.

    The biggest competitor to New George Foreman grill sales? Used George foremen grills. A small kitchen appliance, pushed by a celebrity, as seen on TV, built to last. Rare combination

    I think George Foreman did it 90% effectively reduce eliminates GMO problems by creating a grill that’s built frying top and bottom to let the fat decrease faster in every way. Do you think I make a great point.

    Yeah people in the 90s were health concerned freaks.
    Now in the 2010s the opinions are more countered, hipster and more concerned with eating exotic whole foods and "superfoods". I love how times change.
