    Thank you for the video. I love your detailed videos. Wanted to ask why you tend to use Manychat+Chatbase rather than using Botpress/Voiceflow directly. Will it not be more economical and simpler?

      Nope! Botpress and Voiceflow are very hard to connect to WhatsApp.
      With Botpress, you need to create a Meta Developer app, which needs to be approved by Meta (this usually takes two weeks). And Voiceflow doesn't even have a direct connection with WhatsApp, so you need to code it yourself using the Voiceflow API.
      Besides that, I think Manychat is also very cheap still. It's only $15 per month.

    Great knowledge. Does any platform have restriction in language? Specifically does it work in Lao or Thai language

      Yes, it works with the Lao or Thai language! Chatbase works with 95 languages in total.

    Thank you very much for the great tutorial! In this way the bot only answers one question at a time and does not remember the previous question. Is there a way to have a conversation with the IA bot? Do you have a tutorial for this? Or a different definition instead {last text input}?

    Hey man! Your video is very helpful thanks, but I have a question, you say that in case the question can't be answered by the bot then the person can be connected to a support agent, but can I answer the person's question as well?

    Is there a simpler workflow? Chatbase, manychat, and make in addition to WhatsApp feels like a lot. Any way to do this with ChatGPT and manychat?

      Yes, you can also do it with ChatGPT. But then you can only use a prompt and not create a complete knowledge base.

    Is there a way to hand the conversation from the bot to a human/agent so that we can chat manually with the customer using our same whatsapp business number?
    Also, can we still integrate with this bot with whatsapp if we have already registered our business number directly with Meta Business Platform for other integrations we have?

      Yes, you can hand over the conversation. Just add 3 actions to your flow:
      1. Mark the conversation as open
      2. Assign someone to the conversations
      3. Notify the assignee
      But, you need to talk with them through Manychat. You cannot talk with them using the WhatsApp app.
      Regarding the number: I think it is possible, but WhatsApp doesn't recommend it. So I recommend buying a new number and connecting that to Manychat.

    Wouldnt buying a new phone number kind of defeat the value prop of this? How are you supposed to sell a business this solution if it means changing their number

      I have sold this to many clients, and none of them complained about changing their number. You can also try to do it with the same number, but if often comes with a lot of problems.
      Sometimes, clients are "tied" to a specific number, while in reality, it doesn't really matter if they change their number.
      Do you currently have a client that don't want to change their number? And if so, what is the reason for this?

      Then you need to change the instructions of the bot in Chatbase. You can do that under Settings > AI.

      I haven't tried this using Zapier. But I have used Manychat for the last 5 years and I think it's one of the best chat platforms in the world, simply because it is easy to use and super cheap.
