    Also, I would like to know if theres a way to make the ChatBase bot have some context in the conversation? cause, the way it works it seems like every message is a new message and is always greeting the users, and it feels super weird xD !

      With Chatbase, is it hard to save the history of the conversation, because you need to do that yourself if you are using the API.
      So if you want an AI tool that keeps the history of the conversation, I recommend having a look at CustomGPT (chatimize.com/customgpt/)

    Hi! Earlier you mentioned that Chatbase doesn't offer chat history with Manychat, however there is ConversationID field inside Make that as I understood works with Chatbase API.
    Is there a way to generate an ID for each conversation so that Chatbase understands the context of messages and can answer following questions based on the history of each chat?
    Would really appreciate your input on this, love your videos!

      Good question! While you can generate an ID so Chatbase knows it's the same conversation, it doesn't keep track of the conversation history.
      So then you need to send the entire conversation history with each call to Chatbase. To do that, you need to save the conversation history somewhere (in a database or something).
      To me, you can better use another tool that remembers the conversation history (like CustomGPT -> chatimize.com/customgpt/), then store the conversation history yourself.

    Hey bro i understood how to create a IG chatbot but if i have to do it as a smma service how do i connect it to my clients IG page. Bcoz the client is not going to give password

      You can ask your client to create a Manychat account and then add you as an admin. That way you don't need the password to their IG account.

      @@semlaliomar2574 you could just open it for them, add yourself as an admin and then provide the credentials to the client?
      get most of what you can done, then let them login, I guess they can change passwords if they are very 'privacy concerned' and only then add the IG link.

      Yes , it is possible to make online orders and payment integration in manychat for your restaurant business.
      Steps
      1 Display you menu
      2 add a "buy now" button to every item
      3 integrate payment
      Whenever an order is placed you will be informed and payment will be processed online.

      Yes, this is possible, but I won’t use Manychat for this (currently). That’s because it is hard to make large orders with Manychat in WhatsApp. Have a look at Uchat (chatimize.com/reviews/uchat/), they have WhatsApp Catalog feature that supports this.

      Thank you, John! The setup is very similar to the one in the Custom AI video. Basically, if you use my template, you only have to replace “INSERT YOUR CHATBASE API KEY” with your Chatbase API key, "INSERT CHATBOT ID HERE" with your Chatbot ID and you are good to go.

    What if you have an existing phone number that all your clients are already using, when you get a new sim card then the chatbot will only be linked to the new number? Am I understanding it correctly, or is there a way around that?

      Nope. Once you get started with an automation platform like Manychat, all the WhatsApp communication goes through Manychat and you cannot use WhatsApp on your phone anymore. By the way: Manychat has a mobile app as well.

    Is the way to link to GPT 4 (the one with image analysis capability)? I want to be able to send an imgae via whatsapp to be analysed by gpt-4

      You can also do this via Make. You need to connect Make to OpenAI and then use the "Analyse Images - Vision" module.

    I have a business account on WhatsApp already and a business line that is 7 years old, would adding this new number require my business line to be changed or would I just have a rogue WhatsApp number

      That’s already quite some years! My recommendation would be to change numbers, because that will save you a lot of trouble with WhatsApp. Then redirect WhatsApp messages and phone calls to the new number.

    Hello, could you please advise which chatbot works without any complications in the UK? ManyChat only works with Facebook messenger for me. Neither WhatsApp nor SMS connecting. You just want to find the right chatbot that works with all the add-ons in all countries. Thanks

      Manychat should also work with WhatsApp and SMS in the UK. What error do you get when you try to connect Manychat to SMS or WhatsApp?

      @chatimize many thanks for your reply. I have integrated WhatsApp to Manychat, but the next day, META was blocked by my new WhatsApp business account. Was working very well for one day. SMS is still integrated to my Manychat trial account, but it is working badly. Not responding to some commands. I would like to have one Manychat account for all my Facebook pages and websites. Can you advise for a solution on how to do that? Now, I want to look in alternatives to Manychat, and I want to try Uchat with looks very promising.

      You can try to unblock your WhatsApp account by appealing to WhatsApp. Did you try that?
      This doesn’t seem like a Manychat issue, rather a Meta issue. So kost likely, you will also have this problem when switching to another platform.
      Regarding your Pages, One Manychat account = One Facebook page. So if you want chatbots on multiple pages, you need multiple Manychat accounts.

      ​@@chatimize In Make. On 1st step, Chatbase - Answer is correct. But on 2nd step, data field parses the error. Then it gives the error as the Chatbase - Answer. (The status on Make is "Success", the problem is the code is analysing the error as the answer)

      Yes, got it now. This is because there is an "Enter" in your question. You can solve this by adding a "Text Parser" between the first element (Manychat) and the second (Chatbase API Call).       If you are going to use the Text Parser, use the following settings:
      - Pattern = newline
      - New value = space
      - Text = {{1.subscriber.custom_fields.`Chatbase - Question`}}
      And also don't forget to replace the "Chatbase-Question" in your Chatbase API call to the text result of the Text parser!
