Thank you for this video. I've been on this train already but for a short ride, ill be back in October for the mountaneering and i couldnt find the info on which side to actually book (people just say "choose the right side going up" but i dont know what that is on the map!!) So THANK YOU for cutting the image of which side you purchased. That was an amazing help!!
Thank you for the advice on which side of the train to sit on at 1:30, and for showing the graphic from their website so I can get it right. They don't make it clear which side is the right or left on the graphic.
Nice video! My wife and I rode this last year (2021) in October! The trees were changing and views were breathtaking! It was a clear day and you could see the top of Mt Washington! Sadly, the next day we rode The Cog to the top of Mt Washington and it was cloudy and foggy.
Wonderful video footage for the Mountaineer ride! Looks like you are on East/Right side of Northbound and I understand that's your recommendation! Do you have any tips for the car selection? Mountaineer seems to have different car variations and I am not sure the characteristics of each car. Thanks!
Question, If the train goes back on the same tracks what's the difference which side you sit on? Aren't you on the opposite side when your returning than when you are going up?
Yes, you will end up on the opposite side, but I find being on the side with the views on the way up makes them seem more dramatic. So I remember sitting on the side closest to the station.

Great video kid. Except now I have that music you play stuck in my head... bup bup bup buppa ba!
I've never been on this train, but went to the White Mountains for vacation with my family a whole bunch of times. Such a beautiful area!
Thanks for showing this video of this amazing scenery. I really enjoyed it. I watched it twice. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for the support! 😄
AWESOME!

So sorry about the cog, but the views on the Conway Scenic sound magical.
@@SimplyTrains they sure were! Hope to come back again someday! Loved the whole town of North Conway!

Hello.
How long does the trip take for a round trip?
Thanks!😊
A typical round trip to the Notch takes around 4-5.5 hours depending on the day.
Nice. How long is this trip?

I'm going to guess that you are a Scorpio.
