From this point on, they are offering this amazing fine dining concept called the Chef's Table every Monday in addition to they normal menu. This dining concept includes several courses made by a highly talented chef and will change every week to keep things interesting. For our Chef's Table experience, we traveled to Italy even though the chicken tzatziki was more of a Greek influence and the beef wellington French. But who cares, everything was delicious!

Great video of your experience in The Vanguard Lounge. The Pasta with the sauce and Bacon inside sounded really delicious. That is a new combination for me but great none the less. The Beef Wellington sounded great with the flaky crust. Your enthusiasm was next level as always.

Originally it was actually from the French. But yeah, the Italian menu went all over Europe haha.
