Man the YaG 10 is awesome. It can so annoying to use sometimes but at its own BR is can just about 1 shot anyone. I love it. Milk trucks are the most fun you can have in this game imo
few minutes ago my YaG didnt penetrate through some scopes.

Play 400m+ from cover that only leaves your gun poking out. Nothing on the ground can hit you.

For time-fused rounds, i wish they would just set the fuse along with whatever range you set in your scope. Like if you set your scope to 1300m the fuse would also burst at 1300m, and it would also make it super easy to change it on the -fly- phly.

It only does range find upto 1100 tho? The other benifit of the upgrade is ultra fast calculation but that's it

About fitting the 76mm 3k into a T 34, there was a project to upgun the T-34 with a 76mm S-54. The S-54 was a 3k anti aircraft gun that had been modified to fit into a tanks turret and use a different recoil slide. Didn't read why they cancelled the project. Would be a fun tank to see added to war thunder...
me and my friend played Russia as a backup country and when we got to this vehicle we though it was trash and skipped over it. only when we thought that we would give it a try for memes did we realise how broken it was. It had zero bullet drop and it had enough pen to kill a tiger. my friend and i stayed on the sniping locations and we dropped 16 kills together. this is my favourite Russian vehicle now.
And I thought that america was trash.

I remember when I went on a 7 killstreak with this....THIS! I fell in love and started playing more with this and other vehicles that are similar. I got a kill by blending in with the scenery's howitzers lol.
i think the most i ever got with vehicle was like 11 kills but honestly i think i could have gotten way more if i wouldnt have gotten strafed by planes but i was out playing them so badly that they had to

Believe me, take it into 11.3 and with the triple 1000mm pen tandem warhead missile, with third gen thermals and great speed, you can delete anything in your way.

Phly, fyi those big canisters laying on the ground as that Trumpet shell skims towards you slow-mo, are milk collection canisters from the old days. Usually out of aluminum with a hinge seal cap. Funny very nice cinematics since you are driving THE Milk Truck!

As someone who made it their mission to get a kill with that thing's AA shell, and succeded, yes it is frustrating. I kind of wish vehicles like this had a larger spotting distance so they could set their fuze timers appropirately.

@Ludwin According to yt statistics he makes about $ 1.21 per 1k views and let’s say he gets 200k views each video that would be about 200-300 dollars each video over time. And if he post multiple videos each week which he usually does it not on a break that would be about 1,000-1,500 a week so x that by the weeks in a year and that would end up being about 52k actually. I meant to say 50k not 500 but I guess a job wouldn’t be a bad idea. However some videos he get way mor views and has probably made about 100k at one point

hey Phly! I was wondering if you remembered in an old top 5, a play in which i believe a spitfire kicks his rudder and kills a 109 (maybe) in sim with the Hero by pegboard nerds playing. It was the number 1 that week but i cant seem to find it and just remember it being one of the most amazing clips iv ever seen to date. I didnt know if you knew where to find it? this vehicle is my favorite. It got me many firsts in the game like getting sniper award, getting first rank in a winning battle and even first aircraft kill from ground vehicle. Small advice use it at the start of the battle.

as a player that played alot at this br this truck is great for sniping good pen and quite flat shooting gun

I always get some obscene shots on this; if you can hide the cab you can survive most hits, but it has absolutely awful performance on sand or mud and just doesn't get past like 10kmhr

man we should be able to deploy the stands on this, you can see it has 4 stands/legs that would lower so you could fire from a fixed position without any recoil or kickback. It’d be a nice touch

im really fascinated on what kind of enemies youre getting at 3.3 all i get at that br is put at 4.3 against people with full 3.7+ loadouts who will get into a plane and just top down you with 50 cals the second they have the points for it

Hey Phly, could you do a video on the F-8 Crusader? It's nickname during Vietnam was the Mig Master, and I was wondering if it lives up to the name in War Thunder.
They need to shadow buff the Ratels in this way. Those chonky tires should be able to move in the terrain. Instead they made the Ratel 90 a 6.0 (which it is extremely effective at) and the Ratel 20 a 6.7 (on of the lowest tier ATGMs but doesn't really help it as you still can meet autocannons and the enemies don't really change much)
This thing is virtually unkillable sometimes. 75mm shell to the face, long 2 8mm MG burst - Yag-10K just keeps on firing like nothing happened. Even in the video it takes like 100000 MG rounds and several shells to kill it.

Just 2 hours ago I did a wonderful 1km shot on a full speed and unpredictable sdkfz and got 5 kill with this thing, how people can says "it was meta"

I couldn't find any video of you on the te-se and considering I, someone with a k/d of _exactly_ 0.333... as of now, can consistently go on killstreaks of 5 using it *before unlocking the AP belt* you will have fun.
I love this truck. It combines best armor (lol), powerful gun, great reload, good mobility, absolutely no depression (that means it's FUN to play!) and has rangefinder that allows you to play on big maps and simulator modes and bombard enemies using mini nukes with scary precision...
I play the milktrucks and they do surprisingly well. Only thing you gotta look out for are Matilda and b1's. Everything else is killable.
And it feels like a F1 car, even tho other tanks can be faster, none has better acceleration.
They are still fun.
I still use the 25mm milk trucks. They are actually OP. The BTR-152 is good too.
Also I’ve never had success with the 75mm milk truck due to slow aim speed and the gun position at 0 degrees, so thanks for uploading this, maybe I’ll learn how to use it.

Phly you should try to play the M14/41 (47/40) and only use the 13.2 mm as your main armament
When Gaijin has an option for you to change your targeting range quickly but not a mechanic to change your timed fuze delay ( in distance)
Hey phly, i think the gun on the yag is on some ussr coastal sub chasers. (same round)
Hitting a plane with time fuse shots feels like an absolute trick shot. You need to rangefind directly on the plane to set the fuse distance, then take your shot ahead of it almost immediately because the plane will be changing distance. Using the gun sights won't work for this, because the turret traverse often won't let you get from the plane to the target point in time. You need to adjust your shot farther ahead along the plane's path, use your binoculars to rangefind directly on the plane right before the target point moves over your gun sights, then immediately switch over to gun sights and take the shot. Let's say there's a plane flying over and towards you at 200 km/h and give the O-361 a liberal kill radius of 10m. That gives you about 180ms to fire your shot after rangefinding for the explosion to have a chance of hitting. If it's a direct hit, you may as well have shot it down with a tank cannon.
YaG-10 AA sucks, in more words.
P.S. I'd love to see you try this.
