Love Eurus mom she's super kind, beautiful, sweet, supportive, brave and kind-hearted. She's always been there for Eurus when needing it the most and loves her for who she is. Good things between Eurus and Greg worked out in the end

For a single mother, this mother is so kind towards her children and does everything to help them. Ivan has no reason 2 be so horrible 2 his sister. His mom didn’t raise him to be like that. I understand he’s just a kid but he didn’t change even when he got older.

I know what you mean. In Ivan's eyes, it's always someone else's fault when something goes wrong in his life. While plenty of people wrongly see themselves as the victim from time to time, Ivan sees himself as the victim all the time. He'll always find someone to blame for his shortcomings, like his mother or his sister.

This was a really good story and as a person suffering from selective mutism, this was really interesting. And this story perfectly captures the pain of a single mom who has a bratty kid like Ivan. Hats off to MSA!!🎉🎉👏

Sad thing is it didn't have to be that way. Ivan could've made the effort to be more understanding to his mother's situation and maybe even try to actually help. But, instead, he blamed his mom and sister for not having material things.

I'm so happy you've done a video on Selective Mutism. As somebody who suffers from it, I wouldn't say it's the most accurate representation but hey, it still spreads awareness. Selective might make you think that the Mutism pops up and random situations when you get flustered but actually from my experience, it is when you are in a situation that you are uncomfortable in and you go completely mute unless you are talking to a friend. You really have to get to know somebody before you can talk to them. I think in most of the cases, unless they are really bad, you can speak to your family and friends that you have worked hard to get comfortable around. However, no matter how nice a person is when you first meet them in school or something, it will take a while t actually be able to communicate to them. I was lucky because I got Selective Mutism when I was five so I had already made enough friends to not have too many problems during the years. Some things people misinterpret when you have Selective Mutism is that you are just 'shy' or that you are choosing not to speak for attention or that you are just being plain rude. I have had people speaking to me like I am a three year-old sometimes because I don't speak, sometimes people find you stupid, a lot of them time, people find you boring. Most of the time, people have good intentions but they ask too many questions and it is overwhelming. What hurts is when people think that you don't have a personality just because you don't speak, so they avoid you. Also, sometimes people think you're death, some Selective Mutes have learnt sign language but I have not.
Again, thankyou so much for this video and the spreading of awareness, I think I speak for a lot of Selective Mutes when I say that I am very grateful for it xx

OMG! When I was a around two years old, I was diagnosed with selective mutism. My parents enrolled me in dance I was diagnosed out of it! This story means so much to me because I went through selective mutism!

As someone who has selective mutism, this is very interesting and i was honestly quite surprised when i heard the word 'selective mutism'. Tho the only difference is i can't speak in public at all, i don't randomly go mute at times while speaking, so this story is a bit off from what selective mutism actually is, haha

OMG FINALLY SOMEBODY. I’ve had selective mutism ever since I can remember and I’ve always wanted msa to do something on it. I didn’t actually think that they would though! However, I think it was a bit misrepresented. We go mute in uncomfy situations mainly, we don’t just become mute at random times. I’m slightly disappointed, but also glad that they made it.
@@coeurenpoche yes I do mean in school, shop, restaurants and ect. Tho i am fine speaking with close, family members (i can't speak with family members that i aren't close tho) and how i found out i had selective mutism my mom and i used to visit psychologist to find out what was wrong with me, why i "refuse" to speak in public and that's how we found out ^^

Animators, artists make them when they are free and send them to msa who will do the voice acting and save them in drafts
MSA always teaches or gives more awareness about a condition or situation. Me and my toddler just love it. The shocked faces she gives are priceless, plus I think it helps with her speech.

I have selective mutsim, my selective mutsim was caused when I was four, when before my first time going to school my parents got a divorce, my parents didn't notice I had selective mutsim till I started going to school the teachers noticed that I was very quite, but done a great job on my studies and I had a great IQ. I still have selective mutsim, in fact I'm ten years old. I've been, trying to get rid of it, like therapy, toys and candy. But sadly no- I've been trying little by little to get rid of it, for the first time ever I talked to my friend on a meet, but, keep trying guys whenever your struggling be brave like a tiger. honestly I know what Ivan is going through, as I'm in almost the same situation, but that still doesn't excuse his behavior. His sister has no fault in the matter and he was giving his mom a really tough time.
I relate to Ivan's stupidity, cause I also have a stupid mindset. However I'm not a troublemaker. People destroy my self-esteem when I try to bring myself up. I'm sad and depressed. I hate life. Wish i was dead. 😔☹️
