It plays a role in many body functions like supporting bone health, balancing blood sugars and helping with muscle growth, to name a few. Many people turn to protein powder to get what they need, so we turned to a dietitian to find out what the best protein supplements are.

Terrific vid. Short and to the point. I’m so sick of these you tubers who keep posting videos that are 15+ minutes, just to get to the point 🙄🙄🙄

  • @TALKCalgary

Apparently consuming too much protein can cause people to constantly wave their hands around when talking. 😊

I don't always get to sit and eat a lunch so I'm curious which one has the best "meal replacement" status to keep me going for at least 3 hrs in between sessions

If trying to lose weight do you eat less protein or your regular amount, but cut back on carbs, sweets etc?

Looks like I got lucky. I tried Premier Protein read to drink shakes for my third brand and I have stuck to them for a decade. Their powder has completely different ingredients and I did not like it at all. It got disposed of.
