4:26 yeah the only cheap tip I got for that is to wear one of them fabric arm sweat band things well you play. You will notice live you will see a lot of bands wear them in there live sets and I first noticed this when watching one of my favorite bands Chevelle. I think also In Flames wears them a lot. I tired this myself and it works great. No one talks about it you kind of just have to put two and two together. Yeah arm pain is not fun and the gloss guitars are worse because I use to have a schecter omen extreme and I would always get that arm thing you are talking about. I have my first 7 string I got this year and its a apocalypse the c-7 and in the ash color and there is no gloss on it so I find myself not really needing the arm band anymore unless I play for really long time. Great playing as well keep it up!
Oh man you just saved me a lot of trouble and pain. Sweat band works incredibly. Need to get a longer one though. Apocalypse looks great probably like it as well

@@TheWriter86 I mean could be a little both and some may do it for looks. I think the main reason though is this reason though about the guitar rubbing your arm. I'm sure though all of the above apply.
