Thank you for sharing the research and your experience. You could probably get by with a lot lower dosage to mimic the mouse study. Mice have much faster metabolisms than we do, so they are given higher dosages relative to their weight than we are. A rule of thumb to convert a mouse dose to the human dose is to divide the dose/kg by 12.3. So to equal a 100mg/kg mouse dose, you would take ~8.13mg/kg, or somewhere between 400-800mg/day for most of us. Also it is super important to take it with fat so that it can be absorbed.

Hi Todd, thank you so much for being here and for your great tip. I actually just made a video on my supplement routine and in it I mention that the amount I took in this video was way too much :)
And yes, Fisetin def. should be taken with a bit of fat.
I really appreciate you sharing the conversion for mouse to human, thank you
      Wishing you a great day

I just did a google search to see if Fisetin would interact with sodium valproate which I am currently prescribed for the treatment of epilepsy. I've been hearing so much about fisetin lately and am really interested in trying it. I was surprised to find that a study has been done on using fisetin to treat epileptic seizures in mice and the results were amazing. Seizures were delayed, less severe and no mortality in any of the animals. Damage to the hippocampus was non-existent in mice that were treated with 10mg per kilo or 20mg per kilo. There was damage in the placebo group and the group that were treated with 5mg per kilo. Fascinating stuff. I think it's a no-brainer for me when it also protects the brain during seizures. Also, Marcel over on The Pulse does a fisetin flush once a month for 3 days taking 1600mg a day.

Good morning lovely!❤ I haven't heard of Fisetin - sounds very interesting and I would have to check with my doctor because of my thyroid meds (there always something that conflicts with those little darn pills). Your skin is looking radiant as ever! Paris agrees with you 🙂 So fun to explore a new place, I am sure that your husband and Sam are loving it - I still can't get over how beautiful your place is!❤ On a side note - I purchased the black castor oil that you had in your video for your eyelashes and eyebrows - I've been using it for about 3 weeks now - I love it, I had a bit of a learning curve with application (very thick and sticky), but I really like it and for me when I wear on my eyelashes it almost looks like mascara - thank you for that video! Just another side note, lol - I'm just sharing with you that lately I am on an overnight oats kick - I make pineapple/coconut flavor and at first everyone in my house said "yuck" - because I use coconut milk or almond milk - but lately they are grabbing them as an afternoon snack :) I am making strawberry/kiwi ones with sliced almonds today! Again, I enjoyed your video, thank you for the time you spend with your deep dive of information. Until next time ... xox💋
