Edison Trent I was thinking Gwyn would. They both roughly have the same amount of hp (Gwyn has like 300 more) and I think Artorias does a bit more damage. Gwyn swings way too fast though. He never really lets up on his swings. Artorias would be stun locked half the fight.
He's actually very easy, but it's those fire attacks doing stupid damage. The fire attack has alot of damage frames so it can hit the player whenever it touches him. However the player is immediatley staggered by the fire attack and falls to the ground and no longer takes damage while staggered. But those bosses have infinite poise so they take far more fire damage because they can't stagger and become invincible as intended.
Ciaran is a sitting. Wetfart that sits to see his fellow people consumed by abyss and when i saw her regretting in Artorias’s grave . I killed her not for my desires but to get her gear that is effective against aggressive player invaders

Petar Jovanovic he was one of Gwyn's four elite knights who slew dragons along side Ornstein, Gough, and whatever that chicks name is who had a crush on him. They all slew dragons and with incredible ease. it is implied seeing how gwyn lead ALL of his knights to kill ALL of the dragons. The ones who could became his elite four knights.
Artorias fights are so accurate storywise. He could take the Guardian but he lost Vs. Kalameth and Manus. Also heard Banes molded by darkness speech as Manus was pounding the crap out of him.
Artorias was crippled in all these fights (not to mention that he might or might not be fighting with his bad arm). If only fromsoftware would make a dlc where artorias was at 100%

Should've said so buddy, the massive HP boost he gets does in fact make him brutally hard in NG+2/3. But in NG he's alright, excluding getting his tail which is very tricky.

AI systems and algorithms of a computer aren't good for such things, I found Artorias harder than Kalameet and Manus, but here, he appears weaker than them because he was designed to face off the chosen undead, someone who's half his size with limited capabilities, and btw, imagine how hard it'd be to fight him if he was still at his best, with his shield and shit

someone should make a roaming boss mod instead of a bosses set location unless its four kings or sif bosses like that lets say you enounter them randomly? like manus wanders right into firelink and starts attacking npcs? or he wanders onto another wandering boss and they fight? or you just start out and you see the demon fire sage in blight town killing everything?
Meh, it would depend.. If I had my current character I wouldn't mind.. but I wouldn't really want some of the huge crazy strong bosses like Kalameet for example.. because if they're free roaming, you might end up fighting 4 at once which would be way too much, so you'd die repeatedly... I love a challenge, not an impossible game.. but I love your idea!

So to have even early game bosses and potentially mid-game bosses accumulating in one spot for an under leveled character would be pretty disastrous, if not funny and spectacular at the same time
Not a programming expert, but I think I understand what's going on in this video. My guess is that someone moved around some code and simply changed the location data for individual bosses, then changed their agro algorithms to target NPCs. As an example, in the fight between Artorias and Manus, all the attack patterns are identical to their original boss fights, however Artorias sees Manus as a PC that entered his domain and attacks accordingly. I believe that the reason Manus appears as a phantom was an alteration to make him hostile towards Artorias (though, it could just be style). It's cool nonetheless, and interesting to see how bosses match up.
lol, yeah Artorias combat style was build to fit a player, with it's aggressive attacking. And rolling with unlimited stamina. Therefor high damage bosses fuck him up
These were actually my videos :) For those curious, I used a program called 'Cheat Engine' to physically move 1 boss into another boss' room. Then I'd set one boss to by my 'ally' and they'd fight each other.

You know what I always thought would be incredible? If From Software went and made a game where you fought in giant Kaiju battles Dark Souls style, but with the fighting game flair of having unique skills and stats for each character (obviously).
