Lol
      There is the famous words that every Thai always heard of it,
      It is "yu-muang-krung-lum-bak
      Mai-muarn-yu-barn-rao"
      It means "live in Bangkok stressed and suffered life would never be like live in our paradise homeland".
      Yes, all Thai from another provinces says and really though like that for many generations and yes it's a Thai viral word for a long time ago. Probably it is because when they live at their provinces they do not have to work and they would never starve because they have plenty of foods and I always heard from them many times that live in Bangkok for them is like live in hell. They need to contact someone like Redline Racing. Find out if the transmissions in those 150’s can be recut to override the clutch for full throttle up shifts. Also see if they can have lock out clutches made for them. Big time ATV drag racers do this in the US. Works incredibly well.

      There are a very strict rules here my friend it's up to which type of race you go to and you could tune limited as the rules let you tune at that type of race you go to(there are many style of tuned). The most famous top style that they tuned here cost more than 1,000,000 baht(us$30,000), really crazy for these old bikes, they have to really love them for sure otherwise there are a lot of cheap bikes or cars or even the electric cars which is a lot cheaper than just the tuned cost of these old bike here. Because I believe just most of these random bike they have to paid around 200,000-600,000 baht(us$7,000-20,000) just to tuned like these.

    after learning about velomobiles I wonder if a fully encapsulated fairing bike (like in Akira or smthng) would be noticeably faster in such a short distance

    • @cedriclynch
      @cedriclynch Před 3 měsíci

      I think a full fairing would be an improvement if it is light enough. It is possible to reduce the air drag by more than 80%, that is to less than one-fifth of what it is with no fairing and normal sitting position. The gain is only about 1 horsepower at 50km/h but more like 20 or 30hp at 150km/h. I would guess that the power of the 150cc engines is in the region of 40 to 50hp.
