- Young, ambitious and full of energy, Adam Ludolph is happy. However, this wasn’t always the case. Along with one in five other adult Canadians, Adam was challenged with a mental disorder at a crucial point in his life. This translates to 4.5 million Canadians that struggle daily with some form of mental difficulty, and in 2.5 million of those adults, it will be diagnosed as a depressive disorder.
Flashback to 2010 - Adam Ludolph is extremely depressed. For many years, Adam was on a path down a very dark road. From skipping class to excessive drinking, Adam was one of the 10% suffering from a depressive disorder - until one day, he had an epiphany that if he wanted to be happy, the challenge rested in his own hands. Follow Adam’s road from depression to happiness as he presents how the power of the mind and its inner thoughts can help you change your life.
Adam Ludolph is a financial advisor, heading the local branch of the Co-operators insurance agency at the young age of 27. He is a member of the United Way Board of Directors, donating his time and ambition to the many agencies and other non-profits. With a passion for motivational speaking and as a previous member of Chatham-Kent Toastmasters, Adam has used this passion to share his journey to happiness and the stops along the way in hopes of inspiring change in individuals and the community of Chatham-Kent.

Powerful & Inspiring message.
So true
Think of the little train that kept telling himself he thinks he can.
I do think that depression has to run its course and
Also people need support systems when they are feeling depressed low anxiety so they don’t have to have it go around and around in their own thoughts but some folks never are able to manage it because of their diagnosis
Bi polar Schizophrenia are not a period in time that they will get over
These illnesses will last for their lifetime
So it depends on the illness whether it’s something that can be improved
Thank you for your courageous stand to talk about this mental battle to survive this illness
