I don’t blame you for wanting to quit this particular job. The work culture there seems toxic. But, I would not give up on corporate 9-5 life altogether. There are better places out there.

Yep, I don't mind working but it has to be for something I trained for. Where I'm an expert in and I'm not replaceable. If I'm being asked in an interview "What are your strengths and weaknesses" that's not a job I want to work. An employer should be calling me up because they looked at my portfolio and liked what the saw and we get straight to business.

I've never had a job before however, your video helped me understand that sometimes, people work in jobs for a period of time and then quit to pursue something else they enjoy. Hopefully, quitting made a major difference and everything goes well. Whenever I do get a job within the Accounting department and find it repetitive overtime, I may do the same thing you're doing. Keep grinding and God bless! 💪

What job are you planning to do after quitting your 9-5??
My goal is to become a full time trader and work for myself but in the mean time just jobs like door dash and using some of the money I have invested

This is the exact mind space Im in. I make great money but my dreams are slowly dying because I barely have any time to do what I love. Its so draining.

Have you considered a 9-5 job with a more creative role? That gives you variety in your day?
I’ve never had a role like that but I have been looking for something that provides more flexibility/creativity. Possibly even something remote. I’m in finance right now so that can get boring real quick lol
